Role Description
This is a 4-day per week remote role for a Full Stack Engineer. You will develop and maintain core systems that power Talent Analytics, working across both the back end and front end. The work includes building and optimising services on Azure, implementing new features in .NET, and developing rich user interfaces in React. You will also contribute to our AI layer by integrating and operationalising OpenAI models within product workflows. Daily responsibilities span coding, testing, debugging, deployment, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of platform components. You will collaborate with product and engineering peers to deliver cohesive, high performance solutions.
Qualifications
Strong capability in back end and full stack development, with solid experience building and maintaining services on Azure using .NET.
Proficiency in front end development, particularly React, with the ability to create intuitive, responsive user interfaces using modern CSS practices.
Hands on experience integrating AI models, ideally OpenAI APIs, into production systems.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, frameworks, and tooling.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with clear communication and disciplined problem solving.
Familiarity with cloud based environments, API integrations, and distributed systems.
A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required.
