Build the next generation of intelligent digital products
We're partnering with a fast-growing technology company that is investing heavily in AI, automation, and product innovation. They are looking for a Product Manager who thrives on solving complex problems and turning customer insight into impactful products.
This role sits at the heart of the business — connecting customer needs, commercial outcomes, and technology. You'll work closely with engineering and design to shape product direction, run discovery, and deliver solutions that genuinely improve how customers work.
This is not a backlog management role. You will own product outcomes, influence strategy, and help bring intelligent automation and AI capabilities into real-world products used at scale.
What you'll do
Lead product discovery to identify high-impact problems worth solving
Drive the optimisation and automation of key product workflows using AI and emerging technologies
Translate customer insights and data into clear product direction
Own and prioritise the product backlog aligned to strategic objectives
Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality releases
Define and measure success through meaningful product metrics
Collaborate across teams including engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams to ensure strong product adoption
What we're looking for
Experience as a Product Manager within a SaaS, digital platform, or technology-led environment
Exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven products (or a strong interest in this space)
Experience working in Agile product teams alongside design and engineering
Strong product thinking and problem-solving ability
Comfortable translating customer needs into practical product solutions
A data-informed mindset with curiosity and a bias toward learning
You're someone who:
Gets energy from solving meaningful customer problems
Thinks in outcomes rather than outputs
Is comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex product challenges
Works well across teams and brings people together around a shared goal
Tools \& ways of working
The team uses modern product and collaboration tools including:
Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Slack, Google Workspace and a range of AI and automation tools that support experimentation and productivity.
Why this role stands out
Work fully remote within Australia
Help shape products powered by AI and intelligent automation
Join a high-performing product and engineering team
Solve meaningful problems that impact real customers
If you're excited by the opportunity to build intelligent products, experiment with emerging technologies, and drive real product outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
