Scope of Work:
Lead the strategy, design, and execution of a mobile health application tailored for the U.S. market, ensuring seamless user experiences and strong clinical relevance.
Oversee the development and refinement of a scalable, digital healthcare platform, managing feature releases, performance optimization, and technical quality.
Drive the creation of a clinical decision-support tool that empowers healthcare professionals with patient-specific, evidence-based recommendations at the point of care.
Collaborate closely with clinicians, patients, product design, data, and regulatory teams to define and prioritize requirements for features such as symptom assessment and intelligent routing.
Translate user insights and business objectives into actionable product roadmaps, balancing clinical accuracy, usability, and engineering feasibility.
Apply data-driven methodologies leveraging analytics, cohort insights, and A/B testing to guide product iterations and optimize user outcomes.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FDA guidance for digital health tools, and other U.S. healthcare data protection and privacy regulations.
Requirements:
4+ years of product management experience, ideally with a startup or related to US healthcare.
Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders across engineering, clinical, and regulatory functions.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks, product lifecycle management, and user-centered design principles.
Working knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, payer-provider dynamics, and interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7).
Excellent communication, prioritization, and analytical skills, with a focus on execution and measurable outcomes.
Master’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, Public Health, or Healthcare Informatics) preferred.
