We are exclusively partnering with our client on a unique, senior-level management opportunity within their Accounting and Tax division that stands out in the ANZ market right now.

Our client is a highly regarded global business management software provider supporting 60,000+ customers across sectors including hospitality, manufacturing, not-for-profit, construction and more. Within the Accounting and Tax division specifically, there are 8,000 customers already in play in ANZ - creating a significant embedded base for cross-sell, innovation, and commercial expansion.

What's particularly compelling is the level of investment. The business is investing heavily in developing new products, including Gen AI-powered capabilities, with the clear ambition of leapfrogging competitors in the region. This isn't incremental improvement - it's about redefining how accounting professionals work through intelligent automation, workflow optimisation, and data-driven insights.

Our client continues to gain market share through both strong organic growth and strategic acquisitions, and the Accounting and Tax portfolio is a key strategic pillar. This role will be highly visible and well-supported by senior leadership and the CEO - you'll have genuine backing to shape direction, influence investment decisions, and execute at scale.

From a role perspective, this is a true strategic product leadership opportunity:

You'll define and communicate the product vision and strategy, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from ideation through to launch and optimisation.

You'll translate complex accounting workflows and regulatory requirements into intuitive, high-impact product features.

You'll leverage deep customer research, competitive analysis, usage data, and industry trends to shape differentiated roadmaps.

You'll drive profitability through integrated solutions, pricing and packaging optimisation, and strong go-to-market collaboration with Sales and Marketing.

You'll manage and mentor a team of 11, elevating the product practice, fostering a culture of experimentation and customer-centricity.

It's a highly commercial, customer-facing, and cross-functional role - working closely with Engineering, UX, Customer Success and executive stakeholders in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

While the role is ANZ-based and focused primarily on regional execution, there's also exposure (circa 15%) to broader European and global growth strategy - giving you international influence without diluting your core mandate.
