Key Responsibilities:
Leadership \& Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10–15 IT engineers (L1–L3 support).
Ensure smooth daily IT operations and SLA adherence.
Drive performance, training, and team development.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Infrastructure \& Network Management
Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
Hands-on experience with routing, switching, network troubleshooting, and monitoring.
Design and implement secure and scalable IT infrastructure.
Microsoft \& Server Administration
Manage latest Windows Server environments.
Strong expertise in:
Active Directory \& Group Policy
DNS, DHCP
Hyper-V / Virtualization
Microsoft 365 \& Exchange Administration
Cybersecurity \& Firewall Management:
Hands-on configuration and management of enterprise firewalls:
Fortigate
Palo Alto
Check Point
Implement IT security best practices, policies, and audits.
Manage endpoint security, patching, and vulnerability mitigation.
Backup \& Disaster Recovery:
Manage enterprise backup and DR solutions.
Ensure data protection, business continuity, and recovery readiness.
IT Operations \& Governance:
Implement ITIL-based service management processes.
Vendor management, asset lifecycle management, and budgeting.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and compliance.
Mandatory Certifications:
Candidates must hold at least two or more of the following:
Microsoft Certified (MCSA / MCSE / Azure Administrator)
CCNP Certified
Firewall Certifications (Fortinet / Palo Alto / Check Point)
ITIL Certified
