Job Requirements
Analyze and understand requirements and user stories to identify required test scenarios, test cases, and test data that will ensure complete test coverage
Able to analyze applications based on the current behavior of the application where documentation or feature requirements do not exist
Execute quality assurance test scenarios/test cases. Ensure that the developed functionality satisfies the requirements and aligns with business specifications
Find issues through systematic and/or ad hoc testing, troubleshooting. Provide detailed defect reports and effectively communicate status of issues and its risk in a precise and timely manner
Able to work together with software developers to enhance the product and fix all reported issues
Understand problems from customer’s perspective and able recommend improvements to enhance user experience
Maintain product quality to avoid customer issues and enhance testing processes for better quality and efficiency.
Thorough understanding of the defect life-cycle process and industry standard defect tracking tools
Able to work independently on projects / Ability to self-manage
Actively participate in daily stand-ups and retrospective meeting

Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Process (SDLC) and QA methodology
Knowledge and experience in analyzing Software Requirement Specification and identifying the required test scenarios
Good team player, passion for learning new technology, approaches and test tools
Meticulous attention to details and strong desire to deliver quality software experience
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
1 to 2 years’ experience in software testing will be an advantage.
Experience work with auto test framework – selenium, Knowledge of scripting language – Python will be an advantage.
