Senior AI Engineer

As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer , you will play a key role in driving our AI strategy and innovation efforts. Working alongside a talented, multidisciplinary team, you’ll design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that address complex business challenges. What you will be doing?

Develop and deploy machine learning models

Design, build, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to tackle key business problems.

Partner with cross-functional teams to define objectives, gather requirements, and deploy models into production.

Model training and evaluation

Train and fine-tune models using the right algorithms and techniques.

Evaluate performance through cross-validation, hyperparameter tuning, and ensemble methods to drive continuous improvement.

Model deployment and integration

Work closely with software engineers and DevOps teams to deploy and scale models in production environments.

Develop APIs and integrate models into existing systems to enable seamless, real-time decision-making.

Performance monitoring and maintenance

Monitor live model performance, troubleshoot anomalies, and refine algorithms as needed.

Continuously enhance model accuracy, efficiency, and reliability through iteration and feedback.

Data analysis and insights

Conduct exploratory data analysis and uncover actionable insights.

Use statistical and visualization techniques to communicate findings clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.

Stay ahead of the curve

Keep current with emerging research, tools, and trends in machine learning and AI.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve model performance and workflow efficiency.

What we are looking for:

Proven hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models in real-world scenarios.

Strong understanding of ML algorithms, techniques, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI is highly desirable.

Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries and frameworks.

Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing .

Exposure to cloud-based ML tools (AWS, Azure, GCP) or distributed frameworks (Spark) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with a knack for breaking down complex challenges.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical discussions.

A mindset of continuous learning and adaptability , staying current with rapid AI advancements.
