🔧 About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Azure DevOps Engineer to join our growing team in Sydney. You'll play a key role in designing, building, and automating cloud environments for multiple greenfields initiatives. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with engineering, architecture, and product teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions.
🎯 What You'll Do
Design, implement, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure using IaC (Bicep preferred)
Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new cloud-native applications
Implement automation, monitoring, and security best practices
Contribute to architectural decisions across greenfields projects
Continuously improve our engineering workflows and DevOps capabilities
💡 What We're Looking For
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
Solid background using Bicep for Infrastructure-as-Code (ARM experience a plus)
Proven experience creating and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines
Understanding of cloud security, networking, and automation patterns
Experience working in modern engineering environments (microservices, containers, GitOps, etc.)
A proactive, collaborative mindset and passion for building things "the right way" from day one
