What You Will Own
In this role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end customer journey, from initial onboarding through long-term engagement and retention. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing personalized, multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to customer needs and behaviours. Your goal will be to deepen customer engagement, enhance satisfaction, and ultimately drive sustainable growth in customer lifetime value.
Experience You Should Bring
Strong understanding \& expertise in Email, SMS, WhatsApp Marketing, Web Push Notifications.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
Proficiency in general Analytical and Marketing tools – GA, GTM, Tableau, Metabases, Looker Studio is preferred.
Proficiency in Marketing automation tools – Net core/Marketo/Marketing Cloud/MO engage /Clever tap /Web engage/ HubSpot.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative problem-solving abilities.
What You Will Be Doing
Own design, planning and execution of multi-channel customer campaigns with a super strong focus on personalization and automation.
Build, Manage and Optimize – triggered, event-based, and cohort-driven campaigns across the user lifecycle (Prospecting, purchase, onboarding, engagement, retention).
Champion experimentation through A/B and multivariate testing across messaging, timing, and channels.
Build KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track impact and optimize performance.
