Full Stack Engineer
What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and microservices using Python as the primary backend language.
Debug and troubleshoot issues related to external Java APIs or applications as part of system integration.
Build responsive, high-quality, and efficient front-end interfaces using ReactJS and JavaScript.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and financial domain experts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain API integrations and ensure seamless communication across internal and external systems.
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability align with financial industry best practices.
Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and system design discussions.
Contribute to the enhancement of AI-enabled features where applicable (preferred).
Troubleshoot issues across the full stack and ensure timely resolution.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of development experience, ideally in financial services or wealth management domains.
Strong backend development skills using Python (primary).
Experience with Java for debugging, integration, and API-level issue resolution (secondary).
Mandatory hands-on experience with ReactJS and JavaScript for front-end development.
Solid understanding of modern software architecture, REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of AI concepts, LLMs, or AI-driven system enhancements is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
