The Role

Tapi is looking for a Product Manager – Integrations to own and grow Tapi’s network of integrations. You’ll manage current integrations, scope and deliver new ones, and maintain strong working relationships with integration partners. This role sits at the intersection of product, technology, and partnerships. You’ll combine technical fluency with clear communication, ensuring integrations are well documented, reliable, and delivering real value to our customers across regions. You’ll work closely with engineering, sales, customer success, and external partners to deliver integrations that scale Tapi’s impact globally

What You’ll Do

Own the integration roadmap, managing existing integrations and leading the rollout of new partners around the world.

Define requirements by translating business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for engineering.

Oversee delivery, collaborating with engineers on builds, testing, and deployments.

Manage partner relationships, staying ahead of API updates, product changes, and joint opportunities.

Create internal documentation and training for customer-facing teams.

Monitor and optimise performance, tracking adoption and customer impact to inform priorities.

Maintain consistency across all integrations, ensuring they meet best-practice standards for design, reliability, and scalability.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years in product management or partner integration roles in SaaS.

Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication, and data structures.

Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Zapier, n8n, Workato, or similar.

Excellent communication and documentation skills. You make complex ideas simple.

Ability to manage multiple technical partners and internal stakeholders at once.

Organised, curious, and accountable - you take ownership and get things done.

Integration Delivery: Integrations delivered on time and within agreed scope

Quality \& Reliability: Minimal customer issues related to integrations

Partner Management: Strong relationships, positive feedback, proactive change tracking

Internal Enablement: Integration documentation maintained and rated 10/10 by internal teams

Customer Impact: Increased integration adoption and fewer support requests

Roadmap Execution: Transparent, data-driven roadmap reviewed and updated monthly.
