We are looking for a Graduate Web Application Developer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. This is the ideal opportunity for a talented developer with both frontend and backend expertise to build their career with our outstanding company, where there is plenty of scope and support to grow and build a professional portfolio to be proud of.

Salary: £28,000 per year

About The Role

As a Graduate Web Application Developer, you will:

Develop and maintain our in-house cloud-based management system (PIMA)

Develop and maintain our remote access via MQTT to our instruments (Control Insite)

Support and develop existing online data management products

Gain experience of Server Backend and Web Frontend development

Help to develop a new data management cloud-based product to manage data

Help support the internal IT systems

About You

To be considered as a Graduate Web Application Developer, you’ll need experience of using the following tools:

Server Backend: TypeScript (JavaScript), PostgreSQL, TypeORM, PostGraphile and/or Rust

Web Frontend: Angular (Ionic, SPA, React, and/or TypeScript), Bootstrap (CSS, SCSS and/or SASS) and HTML

Ideally, We Are Looking For Someone Who Can

Work independently and as part of a team

Have strong problem-solving and innovative thinking skills

Take pride in your work and have good attention to detail

Have reasonable interpersonal skills and the ability to disseminate knowledge

Have the ability to work to tight deadlines
