Role Overview

We are looking for a

Senior Business Development Manager

to drive commercial growth in

Antwerp

, one of the most strategically important regions in Flanders.

This role combines

new partner acquisition, strategic negotiation, and long-term relationship management

. You will operate with a high level of regional ownership while collaborating closely with central and regional sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard high-potential restaurant partners within the Antwerp region

Conduct structured, value-based negotiations to establish long-term commercial partnerships

Develop and execute a regional growth strategy aligned with commercial objectives

Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with new and existing partners

Act as the primary regional point of contact for partners

Monitor trends in the food delivery, hospitality, and e-commerce sectors and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives

Work independently within the region while maintaining close alignment with team leadership and peers

Required Qualifications \& Experience

Proven experience in

field sales or B2B sales

, preferably within hospitality, e-commerce, or marketplace environments

Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and take ownership

Results-oriented and solution-focused working style

Strong communication skills in

Dutch and English

French language skills are considered an advantage

Experience using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office

Solid understanding of the Antwerp market and regional business landscape
