Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement credit card acquisition strategies and roadmaps in line with the bank's overall business objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences and use insights to drive product innovation and differentiation.
Continuously improve the customer experience by reviewing and enhancing features, benefits, and digital experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to ensure successful product launches and ongoing management.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our credit card products remain competitive in the market.
Strong understanding of retail banking and credit card products, with a proven track record of developing and launching successful products.
What Weâre Looking For:
Strong cards product knowledge is required, experience managing banking products highly regarded (5 yrs of experience).
Ability to think analytically and use data and insights to make decisions.
Strong delivery experience is preferred, including managing cross-functional squads and navigating regulatory or compliance-led initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence across business and technical teams.
Exposure to scheme compliance (Visa/Mastercard), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), or platform migrations is a plus.
