Tasks
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Senior Product Manager
to own the
end-to-end lifecycle
of our custody solution, from defining
strategic direction
to ensuring successful client adoption.
In this role, you will act as the
central point
of coordination across product strategy, delivery, marketing, and client success. You will shape the product roadmap while working closely with
cross-functional teams
to deliver
high-quality
solutions.
Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are clearly articulated, well-documented, and effectively positioned in the market. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, a structured and proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes.
During your time at Taurus as
Senior Product Manager
, you will :
Product strategy
Drive the product strategy for the product(s) in scope
Define detailed product roadmap and syndicate it with Taurus’ sales and IT organizations
Monitor market trends and best practices in the product space
Capture all direct client requirements and prioritise them
Capture all sales’ organization feedback and prioritise them
Identify competitive strengths and gaps
Product delivery
Draft business requirements and user stories for all products in scope
Interact on a daily basis with software development teams
Accountable for on-time and at-cost delivery of product roadmap
Ensure product development follows corresponding internal controls framework
Product marketing and documentation
Develop and maintain product marketing (presentation, videos, 1-pager) documentation in collaboration with Taurus’ Marketing department
Maintain up-to-date product documentation for business users (Lead)
Ensure API documentation is in-line with product latest features and easy to read by clients (Support)
Client success: ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Regularly participate in client meetings
Ensure latest features are understood and used by clients
Train client staff on a regular basis
Business development
Participate to RFPs
Participate to prospects’ discussions and lead all demos
Participate in clients' integration projects as a subject matter expert
Requirements
5+ years of experience
in Product Management or a related role with at least 2-4 years of experience with a digital asset custody solution.
Proven track record of
defining product strategies and managing product roadmaps
from conception to launch.
Experience working closely with
software development teams
Strong ability to
translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories
.
Demonstrated success in
client-facing activities
, including product demonstrations, training, and ongoing relationship management.
Familiarity with
competitive landscape analysis
, market research, and understanding of emerging industry trends.
Strong organizational skills, ability to
prioritize effectively
and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
