You’ll be leading the roadmap and delivery of a next-gen analytics platform, helping to modernise legacy infrastructure and embed a data-first culture across the organisation. The product is central to pricing and risk transparency, and you’ll be working closely with stakeholders across Trading, Risk, Sales, Operations, and Engineering.
You will lead a range of profiles including business analysts, Product owners and working closely with IT teams.

A seasoned Product Manager (7+ years) with a strong track record in data product delivery.
Deep understanding of data architecture, pipelines, governance, and lifecycle management.
Experience working across asset classes and exposure to risk management.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive initiatives forward with a collaborative but determined approach.
Cloud experience would be extremely useful and relevant
Agile mindset and experience working in BusDevOps/DataOps environments.
Quantitative background or experience working with quant teams is a bonus, but not essential.
