Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-oriented HVAC Product Line Manager to drive the growth of our air conditioning products in the Italian market. This role involves end-to-end product lifecycle management, customer and channel development, and market analysis. You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and HQ teams to align strategies and deliver business results. Fluency in Italian, Mandarin Chinese, and English is required
Core Responsibilities:
Work with the sales team on daily customer visits, development and maintenance of both new and existing customers.
Collaborate with the sales director to manage the entire life cycle of Italian air conditioning products, assume responsibility for the KPIs of the air conditioning business in the region, and be accountable for the business results.
Work with the marketing team to conduct market research and analysis of Italian air conditioning products, including competitor and industry trends, and identify business opportunities in the region.
Align with the headquarters and regional strategies, be responsible for the output of regional air conditioning product strategies, including product line planning, pricing strategies, and value chain analysis; provide technical support for professional channel expansion in the air conditioning field.
Work with the sales team to develop regional air conditioning channel strategies, including channel layout, development, and maintenance, and jointly implement market promotion and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Obtain retail data from channels (SI/SO) with the sales team and manage product PSI.
Complete other tasks assigned by the branch or headquarters leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in marketing, international trade, supply chain management, etc.
At least 2 years of experience in business development, product management, or sales within the Italian market. Experience with air conditioning or HVAC products is preferred but not mandatory. A general understanding of the industry and customer base is a strong advantage.
Reliable, responsible, with strong data analysis and logical thinking skills, strong execution and communication abilities, cross-departmental coordination and resource coordination skills; strong resilience and willingness to accept challenges.
Fluency in Italian, Mandarin Chinese and English is mandatory.
