We are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active Receptionist with a strong administrative background to hit the ground running and provide efficient, highly responsive customer service to internal kaimahi and vistors to our temporary location at Willeston Street. As well as this you will:

Welcome vistors and internal kaimahi providing information as required

Manage incoming phone calls from students, schools, agencies with a prompt and courteous manner, directing these callers to the correct destination.

Support the Student Whanau and Support Team as required in a variety of admin tasks.

To be successful in this role you will bring your demonstrated excellence in customer service through accurate, articulate and helpful communications with internal and external stakeholders alike. Strong knowledge of Microsoft office products and other administrative technology and the ability to work with flexibility to meet the changing priorities and demands.
