Key ResponsibilitiesEligibility:

Technical Support
Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices \& peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues (onsite \& remote).
Install, configure \& upgrade OS and applications.
Assist with Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN basic network issues.
Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and enterprise tools.User Assistance
Respond to support requests via ticketing system, email, phone \& walk-ups.
Document issues and resolutions accurately.
Guide users with best practices \& basic troubleshooting.
Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams.Asset \& Inventory Management
Maintain IT asset records (laptops, monitors, accessories).
Support hardware deployment, relocation \& recovery.
Perform routine checks \& preventive maintenance.Process \& Compliance • Follow SOPs, IT policies \& compliance standards.
Ensure security and data protection guidelines are met.
Support onboarding/offboarding (device setup, accounts)
Required Skills \& Qualifications• Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science or related field. • 2–4 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk. • Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory \& basic networking. • Strong communication \& interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently \& manage time effectively.

Pay: 1.500,00€ - 2.300,00€ per month
