Minimum 3+ years of relevant IT experience
Experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems and Windows application deployment, configuration, and management
Strong hands-on experience in:
Windows Client Administration
Microsoft Client OS (Windows 10 \& 11)
Active Directory and its services
Print and File Share services
Hardware break-fix
Patch Management
Build and install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, mobile/smartphones) related to desktop infrastructure
Perform routine maintenance of PCs, networks, telephone systems, and peripherals
Identify, log, and resolve technical issues related to software applications and network systems
Identify potential system improvements and recommend changes to senior team members
Collaborate with technology team members to ensure efficient operation of the desktop computing environment
Administer and resolve issues with end-user workstation network software products, where required
Receive and respond to incoming calls, incidents, and service requests related to desktop issues
Ensure work is delivered within agreed service levels and in line with departmental guidelines
Maintain client databases with up-to-date solutions and clear records of activities
Clearly explain and document technical issues for clients
Proven experience with Microsoft SCCM, VMware Horizon, Intune, or similar technologies
Develop in-depth technical and domain expertise in End User Computing (EUC) technologies
Strong interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, and excellent time management
Strong capabilities in Windows 10/11 support, migration, and deployment
Coordinate with third-party support teams and OEM vendors for repairs
Hands-on experience with end-to-end desktop/laptop lifecycle management
Basic networking knowledge
Experience working in a global delivery environment
Good communication and analytical skills
