Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior DevOps \& Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to manage, automate, and optimize our hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments.
This role combines strong DevOps practices with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to ensure systems are highly available, resilient, secure, and scalable. The ideal candidate will drive infrastructure automation, CI/CD excellence, observability, and reliability engineering while collaborating closely with development and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure \& Automation
Design, deploy, and manage scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure ARM/Bicep templates.
Ensure infrastructure follows AWS and Azure Well-Architected Framework principles:
Operational Excellence
Security
Reliability
Performance Efficiency
Cost Optimization
CI/CD \& Release Management
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as:
Jenkins
GitLab CI
AWS CodePipeline
Azure DevOps
Enable fast, reliable, and secure application deployments.
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) \& Observability
Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools like:
Prometheus, Grafana
Datadog
AWS CloudWatch
Azure Monitor
Splunk
Lead incident response, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive actions.
Monitor and tune application and infrastructure performance to ensure high availability and low MTTR.
Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) to meet SLAs.
Security \& Collaboration
Implement DevSecOps practices, embedding security into CI/CD pipelines.
Manage access control and identity using AWS IAM and Azure AD/RBAC.
Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth releases and operational excellence.
Promote a culture of reliability, automation, and shared ownership.
Required Skills \& Experience
5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles.
Strong hands-on experience managing both AWS and Azure environments.
In-depth knowledge of AWS services such as:
EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda
In-depth knowledge of Azure services such as:
Virtual Machines, Blob Storage, Azure SQL DB, VNet, App Services, AKS
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
Hands-on experience with Terraform (preferred) and other IaC tools.
Proficiency with CI/CD tools and Git-based version control.
Experience implementing observability platforms for monitoring and alerting.
Practical experience applying AWS and Azure Well-Architected Frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications Cloud certifications such as:
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional
Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
Experience with containerization and orchestration:
Docker
Kubernetes (EKS / AKS)
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
