Job Description
Design, develop, and maintain applications using PowerBuilder and PowerServer 2022, ensuring high performance and scalability
Migrate existing PowerBuilder applications to web-based solutions using PowerServer 2022
Perform database design, development, and optimization using SQL Server/Oracle
Create and maintain technical documentation for all development work
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
Conduct code reviews and implement best practices for application development
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing applications
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in PowerBuilder development
Strong knowledge of PowerServer 2022 and web deployment capabilities
Proficiency in PowerBuilder features including DataWindow, object-oriented programming, and event-driven architecture
Experience with SQL and relational database management systems
Understanding of web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS)
Knowledge of REST APIs and web services integration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
