We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can take ownership of critical parts of our platform architecture. You are not just writing code; you are shaping how our systems are designed, built, and scaled. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to transform complex technical requirements into efficient, reliable solutions.
You will also support and mentor other developers, helping the team maintain high engineering standards while delivering high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities
System Architecture:
Contribute to the design and development of scalable software systems and backend services. Ensure applications remain efficient, maintainable, and secure as they grow.
End-to-End Development:
Design, build, test, and maintain full-stack or backend systems from initial concept through deployment and ongoing optimization.
Code Quality \& Best Practices:
Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews that help maintain high engineering standards across the team.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions.
Technical Mentorship:
Support junior and mid-level developers through mentorship, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
5+ years of experience in software engineering, backend development, or full-stack development within professional engineering teams.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of modern programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or similar technologies.
Frameworks \& Tools:
Experience working with modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, or similar web technologies. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and agile development environments.
Problem Solving:
Ability to design efficient technical solutions and troubleshoot complex system issues.
Mindset:
You are pragmatic and solution-focused. You understand when to build scalable systems and when to focus on delivering practical results quickly.
