Posizione:
We are looking for a Blizzard Brand Manager to join our Group and play a key role in shaping the future of the brand. Reporting directly to the General Manager of our Alpine Division, the role will be responsible for defining and implementing Blizzard's brand strategy, ensuring consistency of identity, positioning, and communication across all markets and touchpoints.
The Brand Manager will oversee all marketing activities, working in close synergy with the Sales and Product Development teams to drive market performance, strengthen brand reputation, and ensure that Blizzardâs global initiatives are aligned with the strategic goals of the Alpine Division.
In particular, the activities will be:
1. Brand Identity, Reputation \& Market Performance:
Define and drive Blizzardâs brand strategy, ensuring effective communication and embodiment of its core values.
Guarantee consistent alignment of brand positioning and messaging (tone of voice, visual identity, and content) across all touchpoints.
Establish, implement, and oversee brand guidelines for internal teams as well as retail and rental partners
Lead, train, and support the member of Blizzardâs Team, serving as the primary ambassador of the brand.
Develop, manage, and strengthen co-marketing partnerships and strategic business opportunities.
2. Marketing Execution:
Prepare presentations and communication materials to support sales teams, clients, and buying groups.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, events).
Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to develop and deliver content.
Contribute to innovation projects, product launches, rebranding, or repositioning activities.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination:
Conduct consumer and dealer market research to steer Blizzardâs positioning and product development.
Coordinate meetings (PCM, ISM, IDM, BG), aligning timing with Sales and Product Departments.
Actively contribute to the preparation and execution of key meetings.
Oversee packaging, design, and merchandising activities.
Monitor campaigns and KPIs, developing data analysis in collaboration with Sales planners and analysts.
Collaborate and exchange information with other Brand Managers within the Alpine Division (Nordica \& Tecnica).
Work closely with Product Management to ensure new products are aligned with the identity of the Brand.
4. Budget \& Team Management:
Manage Blizzardâs marketing budget and coordinate investments with direct countries and subsidiaries.
Supervise and support the Marketing Manager.
Coordinate all activities with the Internal Communication Department.
Requisiti:
The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:
Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 6 years of proven experience in Brand Management or International Marketing, ideally within the sporting goods or consumer goods industry.
Comprehensive expertise in brand strategy, positioning, and multi-channel marketing execution (digital, traditional, and event-based).
Strong analytical acumen with the ability to track performance, manage KPIs, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Demonstrated experience in budget management and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Development, and Communication teams.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, international environment.
A strategic mindset paired with creativity and a strong orientation toward innovation.
Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally.
