đ The Role: Product Manager

Weâre looking for a
creative and driven Product Manager
to help shape the future of Humanitix. Youâll work across the full product lifecycle â from idea to launch â turning customer feedback and bold ideas into beautiful, intuitive features.
Youâll collaborate with design, development, sales, and support across Australia, New Zealand, the US, and the UK â helping Humanitix grow globally while staying true to our roots.
This is a
hybrid role
, with a minimum of 3 days a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) in our Sydney office.
đ What Youâll Do
Co-own the product roadmap, prioritising features that drive growth and impact
Collaborate closely across teams to bring product ideas to life â no silos, no ego
Champion the voice of the customer, turning feedback into tangible solutions
Partner with our Design Team to craft delightful UI/UX experiences
Balance internal needs (tools, systems) with external innovation
Deep dive into the ticketing space â know the market, trends, and what sets us apart
Ship fast â from concept to launch, without red tape
đ§ What You Bring
2+ years in Product Management, ideally in a SaaS startup
Strong collaboration with Design and knowledge of UI/UX principles
Confidence in navigating ambiguity, solving real problems, and influencing without authority
Bonus points for ticketing, customer or event experience
