Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy blockchain-based applications, smart contracts, and decentralized solutions.
Build and maintain smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or Go on platforms such as Ethereum, Polygon, Hyperledger, Solana, or Binance Smart Chain.
Develop and integrate Web3 features, including wallet interactions, token operations, and transaction flows.
Implement secure and efficient blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and data structures.
Collaborate with backend, frontend, and DevOps teams to integrate blockchain components with existing systems.
Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and optimization of smart contracts and blockchain applications.
Ensure security of blockchain applications by identifying vulnerabilities, following best practices, and implementing audits.
Write and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
Stay updated with emerging blockchain technologies, tools, and frameworks.
Work within Agile development processes, participating in sprints, standups, and planning sessions.
Required Skills \& Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Strong programming skills in Solidity, Rust, Go, JavaScript, or Python.
Hands-on experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Polygon, Solana, Avalanche, or similar.
Proficiency in building and deploying smart contracts using tools like Hardhat, Truffle, Brownie, or Anchor.
Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar frameworks for blockchain integration.
Understanding of blockchain fundamentals (hashing, cryptography, consensus algorithms, gas optimization).
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and backend integration.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of security best practices for smart contracts (reentrancy, overflow, access control, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced Agile environments.
