Key Responsibilities \& Required Skills
Design, develop, and maintain web and backend applications using Java, .NET, Python, or similar technologies.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following software engineering best practices (unit testing, code reviews, version control).
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless communication between systems.
Work closely with frontend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions.
Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues across environments.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to the automation of build, test, and deployment processes.
Ensure software adheres to security standards and industry compliance requirements.
Document system design, architecture, and technical processes.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and frameworks, contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, .NET, or Python.
Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot, ASP.NET Core, or Django.
Solid understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket).
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI) and Agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, AWS Developer Associate, or Oracle Java Developer are advantageous.
