Duties
Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform to automate cloud resource provisioning across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into scalable, reliable infrastructure configurations.
Integrate quantum engineering principles into infrastructure workflows to support experimental quantum computing environments and simulations.
Implement best practices for security, efficiency, and compliance within Terraform scripts and related automation tools.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot deployment issues, and optimize existing infrastructure for performance and cost-effectiveness.
Stay updated on emerging trends in quantum engineering and cloud automation to continuously enhance system capabilities.
Document processes, configurations, and architecture decisions clearly for team knowledge sharing and future reference.
Experience
Proven experience with Terraform in a professional setting, including complex multi-cloud or hybrid environments.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Background in quantum engineering or related fields is highly desirable, with familiarity in quantum algorithms, hardware integration, or simulation environments.
Demonstrated ability to develop scalable automation solutions with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
Experience working within DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative applications of emerging technologies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
