We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support a large MNC’s investment services branch by leading the modernization of legacy systems, driving cloud-native transformation, and ensuring seamless deployment and operations across infrastructure.
The Position
Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing legacy applications and infrastructure.
Develop detailed migration plans including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Document migration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Provide training and support to IT teams and end-users to ensure a smooth transition.
The Candidate
Minimum 8 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on AWS.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Deep knowledge of AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, AWS CloudFormation.
Solid understanding of networking concepts and AWS networking.
Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes.
Skilled in Helm for Kubernetes application management.
Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline.
Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, AWS CloudWatch.
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, EFCore
Expertise in event-driven architecture and Kafka.
Proven experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
