As Go to Market Manager Customer Value Management in the Commercial Tribe, you design and execute strategies that increase the value of our customer base . Together with data analysts and marketing specialists, you bring upsell opportunities to life.
Your responsibilities as a Go to Market Manager Customer Value Management
Upsell focus: Build and execute initiatives that grow the number of e.g. extra mobile and Digital TV lines in households and small businesses.
Revenue generation: Identify cross-sell and deep-sell opportunities that drive incremental value.
Budget ownership: Manage the performance of your segment, monitor KPIs, and align with Finance \& Sales to deliver on forecasts.
Go-to-market strategy: Develop 360° marketing plans â from positioning, promo frameworks and pricing tactics to campaign execution and migration strategies.
Digital activation: Use data-driven insights and 1-to-1 communication to deliver relevant offers at the right moment.
Market \& customer insights: Track customer behaviour, product usage and competitor trends to continuously refine your approach.
Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Care, Product, MarCom and Digital teams to ensure integrated, effective campaigns.

Our Ideal Go to Market Manager Customer Value Management
You bring 5â7 yearsâ experience in go-to-market, commercial or product management.
You combine analytical strength with commercial drive: you use business casing and analytical reasoning to spot cross-sell, deepsell and upsell opportunities and translate them into action.
Youâre confident in conceptual and strategic decision-making and can defend your choices at senior level.
You execute the GTM plans in collaboration with the different expert teams in and outside the Telenet Commercial tribe.
You are familiar with marketing automation tactics to translate your marketing plans into different automated channel strategies.
You are fluent in digital marketing tools and know how to build targeted campaigns.
You hold a masterâs degree in business/economics (or equivalent experience).
You speak and write fluently in Dutch or French, and English.
