Our Team \& What You’ll Accomplish Together
Join a high-impact team responsible for accelerating growth across our SMB PowerFleet, RAVEN, and Geotab portfolios. This role owns the strategy, pricing, and market performance of connected mobility solutions, such as Powerfleet, Geotab and Raven, and other value-added connectivity solutions.
You will play a pivotal role in defining how SMB fleet customers connect, operate, and scale through integrated solutions spanning PowerFleet, RAVEN, and Geotab. Working cross-functionally, you will help deliver differentiated, scalable offers that balance customer value, margin performance, and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
This role blends strategic planning, offer development, market analysis, and cross-functional execution, with direct accountability for portfolio performance
Develop and articulate a differentiated product and pricing strategy for PowerFleet, RAVEN, Geotab solutions, and connected devices, including activations, base management, rate plans, device strategies, bundling, and growth levers
Own portfolio performance with direct accountability for key growth metrics, including activations, ARPU/AMPU, churn, attach rates, and margin
Partner with Go-to-Market, Sales, Product, Marketing, Planning, Operations, and Service Delivery teams to enable end-to-end fleet solutions across our various sales channels
Lead competitive and market analysis focused on fleet solutions, pricing, promotions, and feature parity to inform product evolution and response strategies
Drive below-the-line and targeted offers for fleet, including retention, and competitive response initiatives
Support integration and lifecycle management of partner-led solutions (including RAVEN and Geotab), ensuring commercial alignment, scalable pricing, and operational readiness
Improve time-to-market for fleet pricing, packaging, and promotions, while driving resolution of delivery and service issues across the value chain
Anticipate market, customer, regulatory, and technology trends impacting fleet solutions, translating insights into executive-ready business cases
Collaborate with the Core Product teams on PowerFleet, RAVEN, and Geotab product roadmap, aligning customer needs, regulatory requirements, and technology evolution
Qualifications
What You Bring
We’re looking for a strategic, analytically strong product leader with experience managing complex, multi-solution portfolios
Strong understanding of SMB products, operational needs, and use cases
Knowledge of Fleet products (including PowerFleet, RAVEN and Geotab)
Proven ability to develop and execute complex pricing models, including mass-market and customized (below-the-line) pricing strategies
3+ years of product management experience in telecommunications, connectivity, IoT, or adjacent technology services
University degree or equivalent post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
Strong KPI ownership and performance management experience
Financial acumen including margin management, forecasting, and performance analysis
Deep product specialization with the ability to resolve complex, multi-partner issues in creative and scalable ways
Great-to-Haves
Experience with telecommunications processes
Awareness of emerging fleet and similar products and services and their impact on future SMB solutions
Experience managing partner-based products and services within a broader product portfolio
Familiarity with Looker and/or Tableau
Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
