What you'll do

Own the end-to-end strategic roadmap development and execution for multiple product portfolios, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities

Lead new product introduction strategies and product enhancement initiatives that drive competitive advantage and customer value

Drive comprehensive field enablement strategies for large-scale product implementations, ensuring seamless adoption across national operations

Secure strategic buy-in from executive leadership for product implementation initiatives and organizational transformation programs

Spearhead organizational transformation efforts that optimize operational processes and enhance customer experience delivery

Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders across business units to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution

Champion operational excellence initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels

Advanced strategic and critical thinking capabilities, with proven ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop innovative solutions

Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach to evaluate market trends, performance metrics, and strategic opportunities

Demonstrated ability to drive both strategy development and flawless execution, bridging the gap between vision and results

Innovative thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with a track record of introducing breakthrough approaches to complex challenges

Proven change management expertise with experience leading organizational transformation initiatives and driving adoption of new processes and technologies

Great-to-haves

5+ years of experience in strategic program implementation, preferably in product strategy, market development, or operational transformation

Advanced degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or related field

Program management and project management experience with demonstrated success in large-scale initiative delivery

Salary Range: $97,000-$145,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
