What you'll do

Own the end-to-end strategic roadmap development and execution for multiple programs ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities

Lead new product introduction strategies and product enhancement initiatives that drive competitive advantage and customer value

Develop and implement operational performance improvement programs by leveraging data analytics to identify inefficiencies, establish performance baselines, and track improvement metrics

Drive comprehensive field enablement strategies for large-scale product implementations, ensuring seamless adoption across national operations

Analyze operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions, identify trends, and recommend evidence-based solutions that drive business results

Secure strategic buy-in from executive leadership for product implementation initiatives and organizational transformation programs, supported by data-driven business cases

Spearhead organizational transformation efforts that optimize operational processes and enhance customer experience delivery through continuous performance monitoring

Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders across business units to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution

Champion operational excellence initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

What you bring

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels

Advanced strategic and critical thinking capabilities, with proven ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop innovative solutions

Strong data analysis and business intelligence skills with demonstrated expertise in translating data insights into actionable operational improvements

Proven experience developing and executing operational performance improvement programs, including process optimization, efficiency gains, and measurable outcomes

Data-driven decision-making approach to evaluate market trends, performance metrics, and strategic opportunities with ability to build compelling narratives from complex data

Demonstrated ability to drive both strategy development and flawless execution, bridging the gap between vision and results

Innovative thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with a track record of introducing breakthrough approaches to complex challenges

Proven change management expertise with experience leading organizational transformation initiatives and driving adoption of new processes and technologies

Great-to-haves

5+ years of experience in strategic program implementation, preferably in product strategy, market development, operational transformation, or continuous improvement

Advanced degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Operations, or related field

Program management and project management experience with demonstrated success in large-scale initiative delivery

Experience with operational analytics tools, performance dashboards, or business intelligence platforms

Salary Range: $86,000-$160,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
