With a presence in multiple markets and a growing product portfolio, we are entering an exciting phase of transformation. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic direction of a high value product portfolio and help shape the future of education technology.
This is a hands on role focused on defining product strategy, shaping initiatives, and delivering meaningful outcomes for educators, students, and families. You will work across an evolving organisation, collaborating with teams in Engineering, Data, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
Your focus will be on understanding market and customer needs, translating insights into product opportunities, and guiding cross-functional alignment to ensure successful outcomes.
You will also contribute to a shared platform strategy and help communicate the value of our products both internally and externally. This role offers high autonomy, broad scope, and the opportunity to influence product direction at scale.
What You Will Do
Contribute to the vision, strategy and strategy for a multi-product portfolio, defining and executing a roadmap that delivers the strategy and fits the market
Define initiatives based on customer insights, market research, and commercial goals
Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, Engineering, and other teams to shape product outcomes
Guide and synthesise discovery efforts, competitive analysis, and customer engagement programs
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Go-To-Market teams to communicate and realise product value
Build alignment with regional peers to support a global platform strategy and shared product opportunities
Build strong relationships across a global matrix to drive alignment and momentum
Represent customer value in strategic conversations and ensure product decisions reflect user needs
What You Will Bring
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record in complex environments
Strategic thinking and commercial awareness, with the ability to connect customer needs to business outcomes
Strong prioritisation and decision-making skills in dynamic, delivery-focused settings
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working across multiple products and functions, ideally in a matrixed or global organisation
A proactive and adaptable approach, with a focus on delivering meaningful outcomes
Experience in structured environments preferred
Exposure to accounting or K-12 education domains is a plus, but not necessary
