Our Digital Products team is changing the way people purchase cars and consume power. Our team includes product managers, analysts, designers and engineers working together to create elegant solutions to complex problems. Our digital portfolio spans Tesla’s website, mobile apps, field technology and retail store experience. We run lean, move quickly, and pride ourselves on maintaining our scrappy spirit.

We are looking for a Product Manager to help us build and improve the experience of Tesla’s B2B fulfillment process. You’ll develop new ways to educate customers about what vehicle products they need and why they need them.

What You'll Do* Define and deliver product vision, strategy, and roadmap

Define a product roadmap and drive execution in a highly agile environment and continually shifting priorities

Deeply understand users and their complex workflows to inform new opportunities that improve their experience

Define, monitor and analyze key metrics to evaluate performance and change course as needed Communicate the impact of your team’s efforts widely in order to build consensus and drive outcomes

Work with engineering teams to deliver a scalable architecture that not just meets current needs but considers future growth scenarios

Analyze product performance through logs and other data sources to assist in troubleshooting and enhancing our products.

Use agile principles to write user stories, plan, and drive the software development cycle.

Manage and communicate dependencies with other teams

What You'll Bring* 2+ years product management experience in a consumer products company, with evidence of exceptional ability

B.S. degree required, or equivalent in experience

Experience with agile software development

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Technical literacy or an interest in developing it

Are highly motivated and flexible and can manage constantly shifting priorities

Experience working cross-functionally to drive projects to successful delivery
