In your first year with TI, you will participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP), which provides professional and technical training and resources to accelerate your ramp into TI and set you up for long-term career success. About the role

Successful candidates will use design thinking while incorporating customer insights and business goals to create engaging digital products. By integrating knowledge of user experience research, data analysis, user testing, and usability best practices—visualized through user interface prototypes—you will develop solutions that simplify and improve our customers' use of TI.com.

As part of the program, you will get exposure to other disciplines such as: Digital Experience and Analytics, Technical Content Platforms, Web Content Platforms, Search, Product Portfolio Marketing and more. You will receive formal learning, projects and on-the-job development experiences helping you broaden your knowledge and accelerate your growth and success at TI.

About the Team

Our team oversees the user experience (UX) for more than 100,000 customers worldwide who visit TI.com and use our technology to change the world. We lead the UX strategy, research, interface \& visual design, including front-end implementation across all customer touchpoints online. Our goal is to understand and anticipate our customers' needs by studying their online engagement and expectations. We aim to provide a seamless and frictionless experience that adds value for both our customers and business stakeholders.

What you will gain from this role

Collaborate with creative and technical professionals to accentuate the visual appeal of a large global website — TI.com.

Be involved in and lead projects from initial discovery phase through to launch.

Design end-to-end user experience flows and create consistent web design experiences.

Responsibilities

Envisioning modern web design concepts and visuals incorporating customer insights, data, and business requirements to inform design solutions.

Creating high-fidelity prototypes that demonstrating user flows, visual standards, and functionality of a best-in-class user experience.

Documenting visual design standards and guidelines, allowing for the reuse of design patterns for other designers to follow.

Participating in peer reviews to ensure high-quality standards and consistency.

Collaborating with other designers and stakeholders to advocate for customer-centric design solutions and best practices.

Exploring industry trends, and competitive landscapes.

Managing multiple rapidly changing projects with complex demands.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum requirements:* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a web or application design-related field such as product design, graphic design, industrial design, human-computer interface design

A strong online portfolio demonstrating a wide range of high-calibre visuals, relevant web work is essential.

Strong skills in web graphic design and new product development methodologies.

Proficiency with one of the standard prototyping and design tools such as Figma, Sketch, including Adobe CC

Familiarity in working with a pattern/design system library and branding guidelines.

Work individually or within teams that are in-person and remote.

Curious, creative, big picture, quick thinker, problem solver.

Passionate about connecting with users, learning their motivations, and solving their problems.
