Junior Software Developer (Python & React)

TGF is looking for a Junior Software Developer who enjoys solving problems, learning new tools, and building practical software that actually gets used.

This role is ideal for an early-career developer — whether you’re a recent grad, self-taught, or someone with a year or two of hands-on experience — who wants exposure to Python, React, and modern AI-powered development workflows in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Work On

You’ll contribute to real products and internal tools using:

Python for backend development, APIs, and automation

React for modern front-end interfaces

AI tools \& APIs (OpenAI, Claude)

AI-assisted development (Cursor, “vibe coding” workflows)

Automations \& integrations (n8n, API-based workflows)

Problem-solving across frontend, backend, and automation use cases

Experience with AI tools or workflow automation is a strong plus — curiosity and willingness to experiment matter just as much.

Compensation \& Growth

$40,000 – $55,000 CAD annually, based on experience and skills
