You’ll Be
Designing and building high-quality
Java backend systems
using
Java 21
Working on complex and innovative projects
Building and maintaining microservices-based architectures
Collaborating closely within Agile, Scrum, or Kanban teams
Taking
ownership
of
technical decisions
and proactively proposing solutions
Sharing knowledge with other developers, internally and externally
Continuously learning through conferences, meetups, and experimentation
You’ll Bring
10+ years
of experience in the Java ecosystem
Strong
Java
fundamentals and experience with modern Java versions,
including Java 21
Experience designing and working with microservices and distributed systems
Solid knowledge of
relational
and
non-relational databases
Experience working in Agile development environments
Basic familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
Strong communication skills in English
A genuine passion for software development as a craft
Nice to Have
Experience speaking at meetups or conferences, or the ambition to start
Enjoyment in mentoring and knowledge sharing
