Marketing
Role Overview
Own Meta (Facebook/Instagram) performance end-to-end—strategy, execution, and scale for revenue-first
outcomes across BAU and festive spikes.
Key Responsibilities
Build \& optimize account structures (ASC, ABO/CBO), prospecting + retargeting funnels, and product catalog
campaigns.
Own pixel/CAPI setup via Events Manager + GTM; ensure reliable event quality, deduplication, and server-side
tracking.
Creative testing engine: briefs, hooks, angles, UGC/creator assets, thumbnails, and iterative rapid testing
(thumb-stop, 3-sec view rate).
Audience strategy: lookalikes, stacking, exclusions, frequency caps, and lifecycle cohorts (new vs returning vs
high-value).
Offer + landing-page alignment; ensure CRO hygiene (speed, trust, reviews, payment badges, sticky CTAs).
Budget pacing, bid strategies, dayparting; scale winners while protecting ROAS/CAC.
Reporting: daily/weekly dashboards in GA4/Looker Studio; UTM hygiene, cohort/LTV views, and SKU-level
profitability.
Compliance \& brand safety; coordinate with Creative, Content, Marketplace, Ops.
Must-Have Skills
Proven 7-figure monthly spend management on Meta with target ROAS ≥ 3 (category dependent).
Deep hands-on with Advantage+ Shopping, Catalogs/Product Sets, dynamic ads, and funnel design.
Strong GA4 + GTM; event mapping, enhanced conversions, debugging.
Data-driven experimentation (A/B tests, lift where possible) and clear hypothesis writing.
Good-to-Have
Shopify/WordPress, feed tools, basic JS for GTM, WhatsApp/Broadcast flows, GoKwik/RTO reduction.
Basic SQL/Sheets automation; experience with festive season scale.
Success Metrics
ROAS, CAC vs AOV, CVR, CTR/Thumb-Stop, Frequency, Revenue/SKU, LTV/Cohort retention.
Compensation
