The BFL Group is seeking an experienced and creative Content Developer to produce high-quality digital content across video, photography, and social platforms.
This role is suited to a content creator who already has hands-on professional or commercial experience and is confident delivering polished content using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Canva.
Key Responsibilities
Create and edit high-quality video and visual content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns
Edit video content using DaVinci Resolve and After Effects
Edit and retouch photography using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
Design digital and social assets using Canva
Adapt content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and web
Collaborate with internal teams to develop content ideas and creative concepts
Assist with content planning, scheduling, and delivery
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Stay current with content trends, formats, and platform best practices
Organise and maintain media assets and project files
Required Skills, Experience \& Qualifications
Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in a content creation, digital media, or similar role
Proven ability to deliver finished, client-ready content (not basic or entry-level work)
Degree or qualification in a relevant field, such as Media Production, Film \& TV, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or similar
Strong proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Canva
Confident in video editing, colour grading, and basic motion graphics
Strong understanding of social and digital content formats
Creative eye for composition, pacing, and storytelling
Ability to work independently and follow creative direction
Strong organisational and time-management skills
