a senior backend developer

to design, develop, and maintain backend microservices and APIs within an enterprise‑grade, cloud‑native ecosystem.

What are we looking for?

University degree in Computer Engineering or similar.

Fluente English

(minimum C1 level) and Spanish desirable. Interviews will take place in English.

6+ years in backend/API engineering

; proven domain experience in Payments or Cash Management.

Design and Secure APIs:

create and document RESTful and event-driven APIs (OpenAPI 3.1, AsyncAPI) with robust authentication and authorization (OAuth 2.1, OpenID Connect, mTLS, JWT), integrating secret management via Azure Key Vault or HashiCorp Vault.

Develop Resilient Microservices: b

uild microservices in Java 17+ (Spring Boot 3) and Python 3.11+ (FastAPI), implement event-driven workflows using Apache Kafka with schema governance, and ensure reliability through best practices.

Deploy and Operate in Kubernetes: m

anage microservices lifecycle on Kubernetes with service mesh (Istio/Linkerd) for observability and policy enforcement, collaborating closely with platform engineering teams.

Nice to have AI aspects:

vector databases, RAG pipelines, LLMOps/AI Governance, AIOps (Datadog AI, Dynatrace Davis, Prometheus, ELK) and integrate third party AI agents SW for proactive anomaly detection.
