Role Description

This is a contract role for a Junior Event Manager. The Junior Event Manager will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of events. Daily tasks will include liaising with clients, managing vendors, arranging logistics, and ensuring that all aspects of each event run smoothly. This is a hybrid role based in Auckland, with some work from home being acceptable.

Qualifications

Experience in Event Planning, Coordination, and Execution

Strong Communication and Client Management skills

Vendor Management and Logistics skills

Proficiency in Project Management tools and software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexible and adaptable to changing environments

A Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
