Full-Stack Engineer

, you’ll help architect and scale the systems that power The Flex — from seamless guest bookings to automated check-ins, cleaning logistics, and predictive pricing. You’ll work across the stack and across borders, turning complex real estate problems into clean, elegant code.

Build the Core – Develop scalable, high-performance applications that drive bookings, payments, and automation workflows.

Automate Everything – Design AI-driven scripts and microservices that eliminate repetitive operational tasks.

Integrate Intelligently – Build and optimize APIs that connect Base360.ai to platforms like Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, and beyond.

Ship Fast, Scale Smart – Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, serverless) and deploy updates that never slow us down.

Solve Problems That Matter – Tackle complex challenges — from synchronization across global booking channels to live operational alerts.

Collaborate Deeply – Work closely with product and ops teams to bridge the gap between software and real-world execution.

🧠 You’re a Great Fit If You Have

Strong skills in Node.js, React, and AWS (serverless stack preferred).

Experience designing and scaling API-first architectures.

Comfort with FastAPI / Python and scripting for automation (a plus).

A love for building clean, efficient, production-grade systems — fast.

Curiosity about automation, real estate tech, and AI operations.

A “get it done” attitude and a bias for speed over bureaucracy.
