Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all hotel facilities, equipment, and maintenance services, safeguarding the property’s assets.
Provide advice to senior management on maintenance strategies and operational efficiency
Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations and fire codes by regularly reviewing policies and safety procedures.
Ensures that any tests and inspections required on plant by statutory authorities are carried out as and when required, maintaining accurate records and documentation
Ensures that the property fulfils all compliance requirements.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure reliability and safety.
Provide emergency response services and support hotel operations on a shift duty basis, including weekends and holidays.
Job Requirements:
Certificate/Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant discipline.
Registered Electrical Worker, Grade A or above.
Minimum 8 years of hotel engineering or equivalent experience.
Good technical knowledge in electrical system, fire services system, plumbing \& drainage system and MVAC system, etc.
Highly organized with proven leadership and excellent leadership skills
