Join a well-funded, proven product platform with global reach is now expanding into Sydney, spinning up new incubation squads focused on 0→1 product builds in marketing and loyalty.

Startup-speed execution, autonomy, and customer obsession, but with the stability, runway, and product foundation of an established business that’s already scaling globally.

Why join?

You’ll be part of a newly built Sydney squad, working on greenfield projects where your impact will be visible from day one. The environment combines startup energy with the backing of a global scale-up, meaning speed and ownership without the chaos. Engineers here are trusted to move quickly, supported by modern design systems, and given real scope to grow their careers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborating with product, design, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality applications

Building reusable components and contributing to the design system for consistency and scalability

Turning complex requirements into simple, performant, and accessible interfaces

Writing maintainable code with tests (unit, integration, E2E) that ship confidently through CI/CD

Owning features end-to-end, from shaping technical approaches to ensuring smooth delivery in production

What You Bring

3+ years building modern web apps with TypeScript and Angular (v18+ desirable), including Angular Signals, standalone components, and RxJS

Strong HTML, CSS/SCSS, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)

Experience with APIs, integrating backend contracts, and writing unit/integration (Jasmine/Jest) and E2E (Playwright) tests

Familiarity with design tools/systems like Figma, Storybook, or Supernova

Comfortable with CI/CD, Git workflows, performance tuning, and cross-browser/device testing

Comfortable with cross-browser/device testing (desktop, mobile, tablet), including touch and kiosk/POS contexts

Bonus points for…

Experience with i18n or global UX (localisation, time zones, RTL layouts)

Familiarity with design tokens and contributing to component libraries/design systems

This is a place for engineers who want to stretch themselves, learn from sharp teammates, and see their work make an immediate impact.
