We’re looking for a
Senior Product Manager
to join a high-growth, purpose-led D2C scale-up building one of Australia’s most customer-obsessed digital experiences.
This is a hands-on role focused on defining and improving the core customer journey - from trial and onboarding through to retention and lifetime value. You’ll be at the intersection of digital experience, operations, and brand - bringing clarity, structure, and measurable impact to a fast-moving business with strong growth momentum.
What You’ll Do
Lead cross-functional squads through discovery, delivery, and iteration of new subscription and retention experiences.
Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear, data-backed hypotheses and prioritised opportunities.
Define measurable success metrics, and connect customer outcomes to commercial impact (e.g. retention, AOV, churn reduction).
Collaborate deeply with design, engineering, and data to move fast - focusing on learning velocity over volume.
Manage competing priorities across digital, operational, and fulfilment workstreams — bringing focus and accountability to execution.
Iterate post-launch to achieve product-market fit and scaleable processes.
What You Must Bring
5–8+ years’ product management experience within high-growth consumer or subscription environments (D2C, ecommerce, marketplaces, or consumer services).
Proven ability to connect insight to commercial metrics - fluency in CAC, LTV, AOV, retention, and experimentation frameworks.
A strong analytical mindset - comfortable using data to validate hypotheses, uncover root causes, and define impact.
Demonstrated success in ambiguous, fast-paced environments — able to operate without heavy process or layers of direction.
Experience running cross-functional squads, aligning engineering, design, data, and operations around shared goals.
Clear and structured communicator - able to simplify complex problems, influence diverse stakeholders, and drive alignment.
Genuine customer curiosity - you naturally probe beyond the surface to understand behaviours, motivations, and pain points.
Balanced strategic and operational mindset - comfortable zooming out to shape direction, then zooming in to execute.
Bonus: Experience in subscription, logistics, or multi-category consumer products.
