€100k - €105k base + 30% bonus + health + pension

As a Product Manager for Agent Interactions, you’ll drive the vision and delivery of platforms that sit at the heart of modern contact center technologies. Your mission: to create seamless, scalable, and innovative solutions that empower associates and enhance customer experiences.

In this role, you’ll lead an agile squad, aligning strategy, resources, and execution to deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll translate strategic goals into action, prioritise customer needs, and ensure the products and services your team owns are stable, supported, and continuously improving. You’ll also foster a collaborative, learning-driven culture by role-modelling agile principles and coaching others to excel.

What You’ll Do

Define and communicate your squad’s mission, inspiring clarity and focus

Serve as the voice of the customer, anticipating and prioritising their needs

Drive iterative delivery, measure performance, and remove impediments

Balance quality, cost, and timelines to achieve business goals

Lead and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

What You’ll Bring

8-10 years’ experience in product management, product development, or systems development

Strong knowledge of contact center technologies (voice, email, chat)

Agile experience and a track record of iterative delivery

The ability to influence, motivate, and build high-performing teams

Intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset
