Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to lead and execute the end-to-end implementation of our products or solutions for enterprise customers. You will work closely with support and engineering teams to ensure successful deployments, integrations, and onboarding.

Roles And Responsibilities:

Strengthen our application and environment security, applying standards and best practices and providing tooling to make development workflows more secure.

Create, maintain, and iterate on our CI/CD processes for new and existing services.

Increase the sophistication of our alerting and escalation mechanisms.

Help increase system performance with a focus on high availability and scalability.

Propose, scope, design, and implement various infrastructure architectures.

Work collaboratively with multiple agile teams to help deliver end-to-end products and features, seeing them through from conception to delivery.

Help define, document, and evolve high engineering standards and best practices across multiple areas.

Key Requirements:

6+ years of professional experience in a DevOps / SRE roleworking directly with developers.

Expertise in AWS cloud administration, including services such as ALB, ELB, Aurora, CloudWatch, VPC, IAM and Security Groups.

Experience working with Terraform and IaC best practices.

Strong experience with CI/CD tooling, including GitHub Actions and GitLab CI/CD, as well as automation scripting (e.g., Bash, Python)

Experience with any monitoring tools, such as Datadog, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.

Strong understanding of VPCs, NATs, Firewalls and Peering.

Experience working on high-traffic, international systems.

Special Requirements:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Functional knowledge in the Finance domain will be an added advantage.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, related field, or equivalent work experience.

Ability to work and communicate clearly and efficiently with team members, with a strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving benchmarks.
