Weâre looking for a highly experienced
Senior Project Manager
to drive the successful delivery of complex, high-value ICT projects and programmes. In this pivotal role, youâll ensure projects are strategically aligned with the Universityâs goals, while providing oversight, guidance, and mentorship to project teams.
As a trusted leader, youâll contribute to shaping and enhancing our project governance frameworks and delivery methodologies, helping to embed best practice across the organisation. Youâll play a key role in uplifting project management capability among colleagues and ensuring ICT initiatives deliver real impact for our staff, students, and community.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering results in a dynamic environment and is passionate about continuous improvement and collaboration.
Salary will be based on the skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week), based on our Hillcrest Campus.

With at least 8 years in IT project management, you bring strong credentials such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification, and thrive on working across large teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
Youâre a strategic thinker with the emotional intelligence and leadership presence to inspire others, influence outcomes, and drive results. Known for your ability to navigate risk, budgets, and governance, youâre equally committed to collaboration, inclusion, and uplifting project delivery maturity across teams.
