Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Backend Engineers with strong experience in
Java 17 and Spring Boot
to design, build, and maintain
scalable, high-performance backend services
. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing production-grade APIs, integrating databases, and implementing logging and observability in distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using
Java 17 and Spring Boot
Build and consume
RESTful APIs
following best practices
Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems
Integrate with
relational and/or NoSQL databases
Implement logging, monitoring, and observability using
Splunk
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams
Follow secure coding standards and industry best practices
Required Skills \& Qualifications
Strong experience with
Java (Java 17 preferred)
Hands-on expertise in
Spring Boot
and microservices architecture
Solid experience in
API development
(REST)
Experience with
database integration
(PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or similar)
Knowledge of
logging and observability tools
(Splunk preferred)
Experience working with
production-grade systems
Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
Nice to Have
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
